My favorite protien shake

1 Banana 1 HUGE scoop of peanut butter 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt ice Skim milk 2 scoops pro-complex. protien. Watchout for refined sugars. OR it could also be that you're just not getting enough calories.

Maybe add 1/2 a cup of Greek yogurt mixed with skim milk in your shake as well.

Oh and V-8. Sip on some V-8 through out the day.

Drink more water. You're pounding down caffiene which is a natural diuretic. I'm sure recovery has a lot to do with it but the first symptom of dehydration is fatigue. My OS (who is actually one of the best in Texas) quoted me 30k outpatient surgery. I just saw someone on here that paid less than 20k. Needless to say I'll go to another state to have the surgery. How long till I can go back to work?

So I'm an accountant. No physical labor but I need to be able to go back to work within a reasonable amount of time. How long for you adults out there after having surgery on both jaws before you could go back to a desk job?
