I'm going to have my bicuspid teeth extracted very soon from my bottom jaw, and I've already extracted my upper canines (they were terribly impacted and I visited 3 surgeons, and all said that it would be safe to say that there was 0% of them ever coming down, even with surgery.) My impacted canines were practically horizontal with 0% of coming down without hurting other teeth in the process.

I cried so badly when I found out I had to get them removed and couldn't pull them down...
