Hi guys, dumb question but what exactly is a waterpik?? I had a look on their website but wasn't sure if people are referring to the water jet contraption or the power flosser? Is it worth investing in?

Hey guys, was wondering if anyone could recommend a mouth guard or similar with braces to stop teeth grinding? I think I've always done it but since I've had braces it has gotten much worse. I'm worried about grinding away all of my bottom teeth! Any suggestions/ tips? Thanks xx

Oh my god.. I was just running my tongue across my teeth and felt something weird on my front tooth - had a look in the mirror and I think my tooth has cracked!!
