does anyone no how much a new one would cost ive somhow lost it whilst at work

hi can i just say that i had my brace off on tuesday and didnt get the retainer till the friday and my teeth had moved also. I can get the retainer to fit but it doesnt seem as if pushes all the way up on my tooth theres a little bit of clear plastic it doesnt fit all the way in if that makes sense ...

Yea im another one who was obsessed at first but now after 3 months i have slackened off a lot i still always brush and floss at night but rarely in between i just swell water round my mouth after meals, i sytay away from fizzy pop and hardy eat any junk food tho.

hey jen where in england you from? like you i had braces when i was younger about aged 14, but i didnt wear my retainer enough so my teeth moved and here i am aged 25 going through the process again, im only having the top teeth done and like you only 6 teeth with ceramic, good luck on your journey

the answer is simple you need to tell him before you go on the date will make it a lot more comortable and easier for yourself then. That way if he is shallow and does not want date some one in braces he will make some excuse up and not go on the date which will be better than him making some excuse...
