Immediately after getting them and for a couple of days after, my thoughts were "What in the heck was I thinking?". I hated them.

Finally got over that after about a week, and now after three months, I even forget about them at times.

Thanks, I guess I just have never heard it mentioned.

I just thought an adjustment appointment meant things would be adjusted each time I went. I also thought these wires would only do their work for 6-8 weeks before needing to be "adjusted" to keep things moving.

I've had two adjustments now, and the ortho only changes one arch at each adjustment.

Is this normal/common.

BTW, I really like my ortho and am confident he knows what he is doing, I've just never read about this on the boards before.
