I wish I could offer a solution, I have the same problem (I think)

It's when you say words like.... jaw, shoe, jog, championship (two collisions in that word right? )

I got braces in an attempt to fix it, but i'm not sure if it's going to be resolved at the end.

Since some weird gap has formed from a turned tooth with my front teeth I can now whistle unintentionally by just saying a word with an F or a V in it!

but i've been in braces for 13 months pretty much, i was estimated 18-24 months and I don't see my teeth being correct in 5 more months :/
