I have my plate out - thank goodness - and the braces are on - the waiting is over!!! It has been nearly two hours and no pain yet. They are ceramic on top and dont look or feel as bad as I thought!!!!!

The first month you have your expander in may be very difficult to talk and eat- at least it was for me- scary a little but it does get better although 3 months later I can still not say words with K G and ING normally so its a little embarrasing. Hope it goes well let me know.
