The area that is long is from base of nose down so it must be my gums are overgrown

Short Face

Has anyone had surgery and gone from a very long face to a very very short face?
I wouldnt be interested in a modest shortening
It would have to make a huge difference as in a very short compact round face

I dont understand why double jaw surgery can create a very short face? There must be some dr out there who can also appreciate the look of a nice rounded face I dont like oval, long or long rectangle faces at all and I dont want to go thru surgery and spend money to come out with 5 or 6 mm of differ...

is it possible to get a really compacted short face with jaw surgery?
I am not talking 5 or 6 mm. I mean more than that
I mean very very short jaw
I like very short compact faces
