I would go ahead and bite the bullet on screws. They are a better replacement for headgear. If you have an overbite, under-bite or protrusion this is the best way to go. It might be best if you contact the ibraces company direct. They may be able to recommend someone who has a better track record with them than this guy. If you explain your situation they will can refer you to someone more qualified.
