I have two rather small front teeth and I have linguals. You can find pictures in my thread at 'our braces stories'. Best is to just book a consultation and the ortho will tell you whether or not you can use linguals.

I have my uppers and lowers for three days now. But I didn't experience this. Maybe your ortho hit your gums with the sanding of your teeth before they apply the glue? Something like that? Update! Normally I should have gotten my Ibraces tommorrow, but unfortunately there is a major delay in the company that makes them. So my next appointment is 11 august. Hopefully they will be ready by then because I'm really looking forward to start treatment!
