was supposed to get it in high school..but was afraid of pain so much, i avoided my dentist...after 10 years, now, i've got it done! i was craving for a nice smile so badly. i need to stop hiding my teeth and feel reluctant to smile naturally..

rinse with mouthwash after every cigarette. Brush your teeth and floss after meals. ceramics would look just fine. i'm having it as my friend is a good example! he cleans after smoking. his braces is just fine!

When you see results after debracing, no regrets! Having ceramics upper and lower. My colleague commented that i looked like donald duck as my braces on top are bulky..i have very bad overbite as well. we just laugh abt it! I am so not embarrassed abt my braces. Well, my ortho said that metal braces are more efficient than the others. But, i got ceramic top and bottom as my job requires me to meet people (corporate communications). Else i would opt for metal with colorful bands! Anyways, ceramics are noticeable as well...just not that obvious. I love my bra...
