First combined clinic with surgeon, what to expect?

Hello Folks, Tomorrow i'm meeting my surgeon and ortho for a combined clinic, i have had braces for 3 years and my ortho feels i'm ready for my bi-maxillary osteotomy (I have a class III underbite/crossbite). I have been told the appointment might take up to 2 hours and i'm not sure what to expect.....

This is something i'm concerned about too because i had rhinoplasty 3 years ago..... I'm having my underbite fixed and need surgery on both jaws; the top jaw will be coming forward. I asked the surgeon about it and he said my nose shouldn't be affected ...i hope this is true....
