I lost 10 pounds in the first week. Six months later, I've kept it off.

I think it depends on your age.

I was 25 when I had the surgery. I got out of recovery around 1 p.m. and my mom stayed with me until dinnertime. She came back the next morning. I could have had her stay over, but it's kind of nice to have peace after surgery.
