I went with Ortho #1 and just got braced today. I am not sure if I made the right decision. Keep thinking what if I chose the wrong doc and won't get the results I want.

Take 4 ibuprofens. This is what my oral surgeon recommended when I had wisdom teeth removed. 4 iboprufen = prescription ibuprofen (800mg)

How long do you have to wear the top braces before you put on the bottom? I am in the same situation and I am getting the top braced this Friday.
