I was all prepared to eat a few days worth of soft foods, but since I don't have any pain at all, I'm EATING!



Maybe next month, I might feel something...until then, I'm just gonna enjoy a painless month!

I'm 33 and just got my braces 1 month ago and had my 1st adjustment last week. Doing it now b/c I had a great fear of dentists...my two older sisters got them when they kids and they moaned and cried the whole time. and it has not hurt AT ALL! My front two teeth are a little tiny bit sore, but I've had that since I got the braces on 1 month ago. Is it normal if I don't hurt after an adjustment? He changed the wire and I think it's a little thicker than the wire prior, but not 100% sure. Could just be my imagina...
