my "what have I done to myself" phase lasted about 2 months - so, hang in there. You can do it!

I am 37, 5 months into treatment and I can tell you - I am sooo happy that I am doing this!

Hi everyone, here is my update - in 10 days it will 5 months since I got my braces, and I can see some major changes. So far, my ortho told me we are straightening my teeth, and I can definitely see that happening. I have my third adjustment on Wed 8/5, so we'll see how it goes. Thanks everybody aro...

congrats and welcome! I am approaching my 2 month anniversary, and it gets easier with time....

I got braced on wed, and felt sick until today...actually, was starting to think that this is not gonna work. But, I feel a lot better today...so, I guess - it goes away.

this site is great - until I found it I felt I was all alone in this, but now...it's much better.
