I use carmex for the sores and my lips it really seems to help. Like the previous post said your mouth will toughen up. It takes a couple of weeks but you'll notice a difference. Sometimes I have trouble with the sh, th and sw sounds. My three year old great nephew corrected the way I said "teeth" the other day.
