Well guys I have had mine in just over 3 weeks and suffered overcrowding of the front top 6 teeth and I can honestly say they have moved about 30% already, I was classed as a moderate case.

Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble with the front bow? My two front teeth are angled backwards so there is little to hold the bow onto my teeth therefore it is resting on my gums and causung irritation. I keep tugging it down for comfort but i'm not sure i should really be doing that! ...

Yea in about 15 weeks we will all stop sounding line Sid the sloth (from iceage) tributes, and resume normal speech :)

Luxy, not sure I know what you mean, if one is rooted higher then I'm not sure you even can pull it down. If it sits a lot further forward it can appear shorter until it's put back in line with those next to it. Or.......your gum line can be trimed to expose more tooth/tooth lengthened to match thos...

I popped into boots today and bought some soft brace/denture wax (clear) as I found I was sluring a bit and always getting saliva up in the brace in the roof of my mouth. My brace has the arch widener built into it that I expand every 3 days, as the gap is growing in the brace I find my tongue keeps...

Another new IA candidate!

Got mine fitted last week..... It's great how I feel I'm gonna drown in my own spit as I scream for help while sounding like the sloth from Iceage!!
