My ortho said it's ok to eat with them in but to be honest I can't manage all that well with anything other than porridge / banana etc.
I usually take them out to eat but drink pretty mich anything with them in.

I drink everything with them in - tea and coffee (although I let it cool a bit), red wine, beer, etc.

I struggle with running - I run regularly but a few miles in the vibration seems to make my teeth hurt - and afterwards it hurts too!

I use this fabulous lip cream from Clinique (a UK cosmetics store for those in the US!) which was a bit expensive but is AMAZING. It dissolves the dead skin and makes the skin really soft. DO IT! I was really hesitant about invisalign after talking to many orthodontists about various treatment options. I was worried about the cost, the pain, and the general inconvenience.

But it is AMAZING - only 3 weeks in yet but already feeling really happy about my choice.
Pain is bearable too!
