Everyone (including my ortho) told me to talk as much as poss - and sing out loud. I'm still not feeling great about the speech issue but it's only been eight days and on the Incognito website it says speech issues are usually resolved within two weeks, so hopefully we'll both be talking normally ag...

Thanks guys - I can tell it's getting a bit better already (and left myself a voicemail yesterday so I could hear how bad it sounds - not at all as bad as in my head). Hi everyone, I had Incognito braces fitted on my upper teeth on Monday - ouch! Actually, the pain isn't too bad but the speech thing is a nightmare.
