How does everyone clean their aligner? Is it ok to use denture tablets?

I think its best to go with the clear night-time retainer. The danger with the bonded one is that it can come loose and a lot of people dont notice until their teeth have moved back.

Hi, I have just had my inman aligner fitted today. My dentist barely showed me how to put it in and remove it, and didnt give me the chance to try to do it myself while i was there.
