Hi I've had my braces on for about 5 weeks now & still can't eat properly :shock: I found the best method is to cut everything up pretty small, then throw it to the back of your mouth & just chew with your back teeth (although my 4 extractions makes it more awkward!). Eating has got better/e...

I'm having my braces fitted next week - ceramics upper & lower. I know there are certain foods i should avoid whilst wearing braces (cut up apples, meat on the bone etc). However, are there certain ingredients when making food dishes that i should avoid using? Cardamon, saffron, turmeric, cumin?...

Bleeding has stopped but in much more pain than with the last extractions - hopefully the painkillers will kick in soon!!!
