So gin & tonic and beer doesn't count as banned 'carbonated' or 'fizzy' drinks then? Great!

Does anyone know what kind of alcoholic drink is the most recommended? I know you should drink a lot of water also, but I am wondering whether beer and stuff like tonic are out cos they're carbonated? How about wine or stuff like vodka and cranberry? Would really love to know the answer!

I had upper and lower Incognito braces fitted yesterday. My ortho kind of rushed me out of the room so I didn't have time for lots of questions. He said i could just use my normal electric / manual toothbrush to clean my teeth. Is this the case, anyone heard differently?

Just got my braces on yesterday! Top and bottom. I asked my dr if I could have my teeth whitened before they went on but he said it was pointless until they come off. A year to wait!

hello!

I had up and bottom done today, does anyone know any exercises i can do - lisp is fairly slight but there! Am off work all week so want to make lots of headway in terms if improving my speech!
