I just recertified my CPR and first aid and all the breathing is done using a mask over the dumies face.. I had no problem breathing into the mask. They mostly concentrate on chest compressions now.

I used to get canker sores all the time. There is something they have put in tooth paste that really triggers it since I have been braced. Especially the whitening tooth paste. I think it is sodium laurel sulphate. I switched to just plain arm and hammer baking soda tooth paste and I never get them....

Hi my extractions and work before was about $2000, and my metal self ligating braces were $7000. I've heard if you go to other areas like Delta and Surrey they tend to be a bit cheaper like maybe $5800.

question for you guys. Do you count your total time in braces the day you got your first set on or the first day all your teeth were braced? I hope its from the first day since it took a few extra months in spacers to get my bottom braces on, after the tops had been placed.

Do you find since having your braces put on people remember who you are? I notice that sales clerks and people working in restaurants will say Oh I remember you and I think its because the braces seperate us from the rest of the crowd!
