I can relate. I am taking a picture everyday and making a slide show of it so I can see the movement as it happens. I have been waiting FOREVER to get braces and I'm so anxious about it. I also an obsessed with the cleaning and maintenance of them. I think I might need a hobby.

I would recommend taking as many pictures as possible. I have had my braces on for 1 week and 2 days and it had been the best choice I have ever made. I'm glad your excited, and probably pretty anxious about seeing changes. Good luck!

For me, it was within the first week. Take LOTS of photos, like, at least once a month in the first few months! You will see such dramatic changes!! ... I am SO anxious to see my teeth move and start to see some improvement. How long did it take for your teeth to start moving?

I always needed braces as far back as I could remember, but we had no money growing up, so I have always had REALLY crowded top teeth . My boyfriend and I bought a house and got the 1st time home buyers credit and put it toward my teeth.
