I brush, gargle, rinse, and that's it... I rarely floss. Not ones ideal routine.

Don't feel bad... the last time I kissed was, well... never.

No one appreciates my advice.

OK, here is some advice for the newly braced from "an old lag."


I reccomend getting Biotene rinse or Rincinol PRN rinse. These oral rinses help heal mouth sores. You can find them at almost any drug store... they work wonders!
