im a heavy coffee drinker and have ceramic uppers. not a big issue at all for me

i had this problem early in treatment and poping it back in yourself w some tweasers if you can is fine.. if no,t it shouldnt realy effect your treatment until your next office visit.. my ortho just ended up cliping mine sense it just kept poping out he said he would put it back on later into treatm...

my appointments range anywhere from 4 weeks to 6 weeks

took me a month or so to get completely used to eating with the braces.. at first i constantly felt like a mush mouth .. also using a water pik after eating helped me a great deal.. i eat normal now even after adjustments dont even notice the braces

i went in initially thinking they were doing ceramic top and bottom.. well that was untill i was getting bonded and they told me they only dop ceramics on top.. so i have metal bottom ceramic tops :( im a coffee hound so it kills my ligs immediately and i look like i have grimey teeth.. i just cant ...

i was told about 24 months, im 7 months in and it feels like its never going to be a reality

i got elastics early. they were removed after a month, and now i have them back again, there using them to pull my incisors back and bring my lower teeth out forward

you might be a little sore but not everyone will be, the hardest part for me was just getting adjusted to having braces in the first place
