Good luck with your first adjustment... mine was a few weeks ago now and most of the pain has subsided - just the odd achy tooth every now and again now. And the best news is, my lisp has almost completely gone!!!

It's now 24 hours since I had my bottom lingual brace fitted - I'm now fully braced and ready to get going properly with my journey.
