I use the DenTek brushes too, and like them pretty good. They do say that are reusable but I typically just throw them away after the first use.

I try to chew as much as possible, especially if they are sore.

I have not noticed that I look like I have a mouthguard in.. I too was worried about that. It's noticable but not that noticable.

I have already seen a little bit of change. I even had someone comment on how they have noticed a change. Still have a long way to go.

I have seen some changes which is very encouraging! I have found some very helpful information thus far and everyone seems friendly.

I have pain in my teeth. I can hardly bite into anything. I ended up putting my veggies in the food processor just so I could eat them My cousin who is a dental hygentist recommended chewing Trident gum immediately after getting them tightened, and that helped.
