Having thought about my teeth I am really not happy in all honesty, my overjet is still the same if not worse than before, also my bite (where my molars interlock) I am physically having to pull my jaw back for the teeth to match, the ortho said to me on Thursday, "there ready to come off"...

Well thats me done, completely debraced after a year, to be honest though I will share that I still feel I had some movements left on those two problem teeth, my darkend tooth which I had almost kicked out and the next small incisor could in my opinion have moved a little more, however my ortho does...

Yeah flossing gets easier I have mastered that one now,3 months in and can floss whole mouth quickly, keep practicing it gets easier threading foss from gum line uppwards from bottom and top

Ill get a photo of my teeth on you wont believe how much they have moved still got the snaggle tooth on the right but its much less overlapped and bottom teeth are prety much perfect, I am on track for perfection in just a year so well pleased!

Ok so I have had my first tightening done 8 weeks to the day, I go in they had to replace to of my bottom brackets because they were not allowing a wire to thread through this involved crackin them off my two back molars and reapplying a new pair of brackets just to the bottom.
