I had my four wisdom teeth whereby my upper two wisdom teeth had successfully erupted while my bottom two wisdom teeth are impacted. Halo may i ask if you extract premolars?
What are the chances that it allows the wisdom tooth to erupt successfully?
And by the way,
extracting wisdom teeth in a case with extracting premolar will have any further effect on facial changes?

May i know how to identify a qualified orthodontics?

My orthodontist has
BDS (S'pore), MSc (London), Dip. Orthodontics RCS (England)

Is this qualified?

He used to have bad teeth for his top arch.
Overcrowding etc.

From this picture, is it possible that the fifth teeth from the front is a first molar?

If palate expander can help widen the arch of jaw even in adults, and help avoid the need of extraction of teeth why is it that not all the orthos recommend this route?

Do we have to meet any criteria to use palate expander?

wow really thanks for all the replies. I'm happy for you guys that never regret. Anyway for my case there are some overlapping teeth and teeth that are not rotated properly. And from my side profile i can see my mouth is sticking out. But i can close my bite though. then i ask my ortho if i can don'...

Oh well the more i read this forum the more i feel worse as alot of people seem to have regretted extracting teeth.
