I am SO incredibly excited to finally be able to post in a 'Buddies' thread. Looks like I am the last surgery in the group so far, my surgery is scheduled for May 23 for a Lefort 1 + BSSO + Potentially a genioplasty. Prescription Toothpaste
I would recommend asking your orthodontist for a prescription toothpaste that you can only get at your dentist office or orthodontist. I have had issues with mouth ulcers prior to braces, and have been told multiple times that there is some ingredient in daily toothpaste that can cause these ulcers ...
