brace & MRI scan??

Hi, I am due to have (yet another - but that's another story!!!) MRI scan on both knees - but I've had to get authorisation from my ordodondist (which I haven't got yet!!). Has anyone out htere expereince of this???

Hi - I'm 53 & have had my upper linguals on for 5 weeks now - I can't chew as I just feel my teeth sort of bouncing on the wires!! Also it seems to take me AGES to eat anything (the up side is I've lost a bit of weight!!). Fortunately, no extractions - just some "slenderising" to be do...

4lbs lost in 5 weeks - not bad going - but I'm missing eating nuts & crusty French bread & celery & kettle crisps & wine gums & biting into a pastie & .... ooohh so much -
But hey-ho - there's still wine & chocolate - so all's not lost!!!!

Hi, I've got an Incognito brace. Fortunately I didn't have to have any extractions - but I've got to have some "tooth slenderising" - which sounded horrid - but according to some on this forum isn't too bad...!!! So we'll see... Good luck for 11 days time!!! I'm sure you won't regret it!! :D
