Yea not only uppers premolars.
I had my bottom premolars extracted too.

Halo i'm still on the treatment in my braces and i had 4 second premolar extractions.
May i know if the extractions gap are closed and i realise i don't like the result?
How hard is it to reopen the extraction gaps and replace them with implants?

May i ask if i had four premolar extraction and 4 wisdom teeth extraction.
When they close my premolar extraction gap by pushing my molars forward will i have lack of support for my jaw in the back since i no longer have wisdom teeth to support.

Anyone had 4 of these teeth extracted too for braces?

From what i read, second premolar is bigger at the bottom and second premolar is smaller at the top.
I mean comparing with first premolar.
My bottom lip stick out more than my top lip stick out.
Maybe that's why i had all 4 second premolar extracted?

May i know what is the difference?
