Hey suicidtheory, my expander has arrows on it that point upwards in the direction the key goes. You put your key in where the arrows are and push the key until it hits the bar above. Hope that helps you out a bit. Good luck :)

I have an expander in my aligner and it does not change the shape of your face at all. It expands your mouth very slightly (as in you don,t even notice it). lilpickle, I did the same thing and it is the smooth side that you should be feeling with you tongue. Im still wearing my inman as my clear aligner wasnt ready. Cant complain as the whole process has been so quick. Also using whitening 2 hours a day which is fine but quite hard to fit around wearing...

Hi everyone. Sorry if I confused ppl about the tightening of the aligner but just realised that my aligner has an expander built in to it that not all of them have. doh.lol. Doin ok with it but not wearing it as much as I should be. Not much pain now at all which I hope is normal??? Still very happy...
