I was having the same mini stresses about only having the braces for a few weeks and already having cavities
I am so paranoid about brushing / flossing and rinsing that I couldn't understand.

Good to know I am not alone!

Hi all

I had teeth out first and then ceramics bottom and linguals top fitted on the same day - had no issues.
Can recommend the "no-mess-no-fuss" kind of approach if you have the choice

Hi I have my extractions of 2nd pre-molars first - then the mould made for linguals (4 days later) and the braces fitted 6 days after that.
