yes I have the same issue, my teeth are yellow because of the layer of glue. I know they say not to use white strips but every now and then I will use one and it cleans it up, I figure if theres a layer of glue and I only do this very infrequently then it shouldn't matter as I am not actually bleach...

Yes they definatley can move.. Most Orthos won't put anything other then metal on your bottoms regardless. because they are stronger and your bottom teeth take more of a beating they would break off if they were anything else. Actually if it was that long ago you probably saw his father Dr miller sr. his son recently took over and I think he is more interested in telling people he is an ortho then actually being one:)
