I eat everything I did before braces (including corn on the cob) and everything has been fine. The only thing I haven't tried is bite into an apple... mainly because I am not a big fan of them haha.

I had a lateral incisor (the one beside your two front teeth) pulled late july and by the end of october is was completely gone, so 3 months.
I also had two first premolars exacted, he did not use such agressive force to close these, they took about 6-8 months.

I honestly don't know how I missed it ! I have flossed there soo many times and inspected my teeth thoroughly and didn't not suspect a thing... it was super deep...
