Heh I don't have a clue about the hospital fees cos my insurance picked mine up 100% and I didn't pay it much attention but I do remember that the insurance and hospital argued a lot of the fees for a long time. If the only reason they are considering upper jaw as well as lower is because of a pretty small difference in the widths of the jaws, then a midline osteotomy on the lower jaw avoids the need for surgery on both.
