after getting surgery, was it much easier for you to breathe through your nose?

I'm planning on getting a sliding genioplasty in combination with double jaw surgery soon.

I don't really see a "double chin" in the pics you've shown, could you post a full headshot pic (before/after), if you don't want it to be public could you private msg me it?

It's normal however I'd be very careful about the "clots". If you completely remove the clot, then the hole will be exposed and become a "dry socket" and apparently it's very painful if this happens. If it's really clotting that much, that it's sticking all over your gauze, then...
