You guys are inspiring me to start my own blog!

I tried it and I didn't like how it made my retainer taste.

I found that using Sensodyne toothpaste helped a little bit. But the soreness and sensitivity is pretty normal. It goes away.

I think you can bring on one of those really tiny containers of applesauce, as long as it's under 3 ounces.

There are yogurts in packets. Usually they're in flavors kids like, but it's better than nothing. There are also really small yogurts that are less than 4 ounces.

I switched from the clear retainers to the Hawleys and I like them much better. The clear ones really don't last. Mine wore out after about a year.
