I know how you feel, i just got an RPE and am having second thoughts as well. i feel so claustrophobic and anxious i want to rip it out.

I know it will get better and i am taking it one day at time..that helps even though it sounds cheesy!

It is too bad you can't really chew. Are you finding you get alot of headaches with those tads?

I am sorry you feel this way as well.
I just got a new rpe to correct TMJ & cross bite issues and i feel the same way, ready to quit!

It will get better..its just doesnt feel like it now!
