I have a spring on the bottom. It was making room for a crowded, rotated tooth. It has finally made enough room for the tooth to start turning. Now, the spring is just maintaining the space while the tooth turns. When I first got the spring my teeth did flare some. But, they aren't flaring anymore....

By the way, the interesting thing about cayenne is if you start off with low heat units, after a couple days of drinking it, your body accumulates to the heat and becomes less spicey to you (so don't worry too much about you never getting used to the spiciness).. Therefore, you can up the heat units...

I actually just had mine put on yesterday. Im happy I have them, but the soreness of my teeth really are a pain in the ass, and im not looking forward to my teeth getting more messed up before they get better, but i understand that's how the whole process is so I gotta roll with the punches

Im seeing a lot of views, but no replies.. Can somebody please answer these questions? preferably someone who has had the same experience with being treated via elastics and braces, but even someone with the knowledge of how this usually plays out would be great too. Thanks
