Yeah, perhaps they have just stained slightly over the last 11 years. It's really only noticable to me, but maybe I'll replace it when my braces come off.

Yeah, I'm not sure. I guess I'll see what he says at my next adjustment. I don't really get why they can't just put a smaller implant in instead of a full sized tooth. I doubt it'd be that noticible.

Mine cost $4200 for the braces, and then it will cost an additional $4000 for the implant I need.

Yeah, I haven't done that, but my orthodontist never suggested it. I think mainly because I'll be in grad school by the time I'm ready for the implant, so I'll be out of state then and therefore going to a different implant specialist.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention. If you couldn't tell from the picture, he has put a spring between the gap to try to push my teeth apart as far as he can to harness any additional room in my mouth that the powerchains didn't already accomplish, but it's more just making my teeth crooked, haha. I guess...

I don't really think your teeth are bad, but generally if they bother you now, they're never going to stop bothering you most likely. It's just something you're self conscious about. Aren't they just dipped in sanitation liquid? They're certainly not exposed to UV at all, I wouldn't think, like the brackets would be, I'd think.

You shouldn't need to. What you just need to do is apply pressure to it and brush it a lot. It will reduce a lot. Don't worry about it bleeding. It worked for me.

I don't know why it'd honestly matter. It's less wasteful. They're completely sanitized. I think it'd be more disgusting to use a cup at a restaurant because those are not santized, just washed, so hundreds of mouths have touched those.

Another thing with veneers, you have to get them replaced every ten to sixteen years.
