braces are definitely worth it, at any age! in no time at all you'll be looking at your beautiful teeth and thinking it was one of the best things you ever did!!!

can i use an interdental brush instead of floss
hi! i've had my braces on about a year now but i've only just thought to ask this question! at the moment i'm using the little interdental brushes to clean between my teeth (tepee brushes, or something similar) but i'm beginning to wonder if i should also be flossing...
any tips/advice??

a vote for the metal corner: i have metal braces and really love the way they look! they were also cheaper than ceramic.

i've also noticed a crack in one of my top front teeth since having braces. my ortho says it's very common and was almost certainly there before the braces, i just never noticed it. having braces as an adult has definitely made me so much more aware of my teeth than i was previously. so, i think you...

i'm new here, so hello! and yes, my bite's been constantly changing since i had my braces on. it's not so pleasant to realise only two teeth meet or whatever, but you'll get there in the end so try not to worry!
