I wear my retainers every night, had my braces off over a year ago...my wired one on the bottom and usually the essex, sometimes vice versa..the one front bottom tooth is turning a bit..can the wire retainer be tightened to move it back into place??? I am so upset....please reply!!

I just got my braces off about 2 weeks ago..my 2 front teeth look like they are moving a bit already and I wear the retainer 24/7 almost, except when eating...can this be fixed without putting them back on? I have both the Hawley and the Essix but I wear the Hawley during the day and the clear ones ...

I am pretty happy with the result of the rest of the teeth...but my one tooth is slightly in front of the other and slightly longer...and it bothers me..can they bond it to make it evener? I am going tonight to have a chip bonded..was wondering if the dr can just bond it to even them up and make the...

Xero..thanks, i didnt know they can adjust it if the teeth move again...thats great....i will stick with the wire one then

I had the bands on a tooth w/ a very old,large filling and the other side the band was on a crown...it wasnt pleasant...it felt like she pulled the tooth out but its fine...no cracks..and the filling is huge

essix retainers in? I dont mean hot...but i like to sip it all day...is that ok?

thanks..I grind too..so i'm worried about not having a guard...even w/ the essix i am clenching alot...i dunno what to do now
