Re: Is there a list of successful orthodontist-suing stories
My smile doesn't look great. I feel that the braces have pulled up my lower front teeth so that not only is it wobbly but the gum is showing, and the upper teeth also have been pulled down by the rubber bands and when I smile the gum shows a lot and looks hideous. Unfortunately the models of the tee...

How about inability to bite into an apple even after more than one year after taking braces off?

Re: My chin too pointy
Basically I lost that square jaw look which is characteristic of the male face.
And it hurts my jaw joints to support my head with my hand now, probably because of this pointy chin ruining the ergonomics of the jaw.

Re: What do you call this process. Possible malpractice
Pain is an expected part of treatment. But is pain that is so great that you feel they almost pull your front teeth by the roots an expected part of treatment? Nobody in this thread seems to had this kind of experience. And my front teeth are still a bit loose. Is it normal to be having a hard time ...

Re: Is there a list of successful orthodontist-suing stories
note: this was supposed to go here but I accidentally made another thread. The treatment was already done a little more than a year ago but I got narrow sharp jaws, shaky front teeth, and front teeth contacting problem as a result of it, and probably an early stage of the TMJ condition. I went to an...

why i want to sue

I went to another orthodontist with whom I have appointments currently, who practices t...

Re: What do you call this process. Possible malpractice
I cannot imagine any sort of momentary force that could cause your teeth to be any looser than they normally would over a year later. Either the tooth is going to fall out in short order, or the bone is going to re-mold itself if in fact the tooth has been shifted. And sometimes teeth are just a li...

Re: What do you call this process. Possible malpractice
It's been a year but my front teeth are still shaky. I think it did do permanent damage. Wish I could sue them, but might not be enough evidence.

What do you call this process. Possible malpractice
1.What do you call the process where a dental assistant is switching your braces wires and while wrapping up the process, pulls on your wire (right before cutting I think)? All I can think of is "pulling the wire". 2. And is it a malpractice to do it in such a way that you feel a great dea...

Is there a list of successful orthodontist-suing stories?
Is there any sites where you can see a bunch of stories about how patients sued their orthodontists successfully?
