when you smile do you open your mouth or smile with your teeth closed together? I'm the same and I had to learn how to smile. I either put my tought between my teeth or open my mouth until I look like I have an "normal smile" I would try smiling in the mirror until I got the smile I wanted...

My face is shorter now. My jaw gave me the angular face like that.

So My upper left bicuspids and incisor were loose. My OS not only moved my upper jaw forwared but widened it. basically he made a cut on the side of each of my incisors. It's most noticable when I smile. LOL. The thing I was trying to fix. I had one person suggest to me I may need a more restrictive alar base stitch.
