Did your orthodontist recommend you to use the clear ones? It sounds like you are using both - clear one on the top and Hawley on the bottom? How does that work?

Do you wear Essix, Hawley or both? I see posts that people wear both and wonder if I should ask my orthodontist to do the same thing for me...Right now he is recommending Essix...

That's good to hear. I am required to wear the retainers 24/7, except for eating and brushing. How are you handling them? Do you have problems taking them out and put them back after eating? And day-to-day speaking?
