I'm now on 20 weeks with the top aligner and my teeth are unbelievably straighter. However I still hate my pointy teeth so I hope the dentist can do something to make them look better.

I had a composite blob pop off a couple of times. I just went back to the dentist and he put another one on. I only live about 2 minutes from the dentist so it's easy for me.

I finally got my lower retainer today

It's a lot flimsier than I imagined. Does anyone use retainer brite to clean it?

I have an expander built in that fits to the top of my mouth and I have to adjust this every week - do you have to do that? It doesn't hurt at all. Does yours look like the inman aligners online? I'd definitely mention it to the dentist as it sounds horribly uncomfortable.

Inman Aligner is printed on the metal bit inside the plastic facing towards the inside of the mouth (that's where it is on mine anyway). I'm sure yours is real if your dentist offers it.
